First and foremost, ALMBank requires people to submit requests for charity. This can be anything from setting up a small local business to help serve the needs of the community or helping someone transform documents into other file types. You set a fair market price (as reviewed by the admin) and then someone can then complete the task and get the fair market value set by the community.
Once the price is approved, the task is completed, and the payment is paid weekly through the block chain when the settlement receipt has been sent.

For business related questions, you are free to set your own prices without interruption. Admin will oversee the charity portion. The market will determine if they want to meet your business demands with speculation, only with merit.
So essentially, people will pay each other to help the world create pools of sweat equity for subsequent use. The amazing thing is that it is a great barter economy for small businesses to use.
